Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products

Premium sketch studies are digital products. Please review the item description and contact us with any questions before making payment.

Delivery

After payment, send your payment receipt and the selected item number using the contact method shown on the Premium page. We will use that information to arrange delivery of the purchased digital item.

Refund requests

Because digital files can be accessed or copied after delivery, completed digital deliveries are generally not refundable except where required by applicable law. If you paid but did not receive the correct purchased item, contact us so we can investigate and provide the correct file or another appropriate resolution.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

If you believe you made a duplicate payment or paid for the wrong item before delivery, contact us as soon as possible with the payment details.
